The Goldmund Telos 200 is a universal power amplifier introduced around 2006, designed to deliver precise and high-quality sound with minimal loss through its stages. It features a robust aluminum chassis and advanced circuitry to ensure exceptional dynamic capability and transparency, especially with low-efficiency speakers. The amplifier includes sophisticated safety features to protect both the unit and connected speakers. It supports line voltages between 190V and 245V on the 220V setting and 95V to 125V on the 110V setting. The amplifier weighs approximately 30 kg and measures 240.5 mm wide, 380 mm deep, and 191.5 mm high. It is designed for proper cooling due to heat generation at high power levels. The Telos 200 also supports direct connection with Goldmund High Definition speaker cables via coaxial plugs, bypassing the amplifier adapter module. It has a high voltage gain of 35 dB and is known for its low noise and wide bandwidth performance. The product is no longer in active production but remains highly regarded in the audiophile community.
