The Jadis DA50 Signature is a new generation integrated amplifier from Jadis, representing a significant upgrade over the Jadis Orchestra model. It features a surgical stainless steel chassis that is both aesthetically pleasing and durable, ensuring long-lasting performance. The amplifier delivers 30 watts per channel in pure Class-A operation using four KT120 tubes (also compatible with KT88, KT90, and 6550 tubes with rebiasing), along with 2 ECC83/12AX7 and 3 ECC82/12AU7 tubes in the driver stage. It employs hand-made custom transformers wound on a digital machine, which are central to its hallmark sound characterized by lush, fleshed-out, organic, and very musical qualities with excellent detail and liquidity. The DA50 Signature uses point-to-point high purity copper wiring in critical signal paths, a tightly regulated power supply, and low global feedback for optimal image focus and musical resolution. It includes features such as full auto-bias, protection fuses mounted on top of the chassis, and an optional remote control. The amplifier is designed to handle demanding loudspeakers with excellent bass control and a wide, deep soundstage. It weighs approximately 31 kg (68 lbs) and measures 48.5 x 37.5 x 23 cm (19"W x 14"D x 13"H). The DA50 Signature is made in France and is known for its robust build quality and timeless sound.
