About the C/V

The Snell C/V is a floorstanding speaker designed to deliver high-quality audio with its unique driver configuration and Coincident Virtual Image (CVI) technology. It features a vented enclosure with dual 8-inch woofers, two 5-inch midranges arranged in an MTM (midrange-tweeter-midrange) array, a front 1-inch pure titanium dome tweeter, and a rear-firing 1-inch laminated metal dome tweeter. The crossover points are set at 300 Hz and 2.8 kHz. The speaker is suitable for use with amplifiers ranging from 40 to 250 watts and has a sensitivity of 90 dB SPL at 1 meter with 2.83 Vrms in an anechoic half-space. The frequency response is 30 Hz to 22 kHz ±3 dB anechoic and 50 Hz to 20 kHz ±1.75 dB anechoic. Each speaker weighs approximately 130 pounds and stands about 47 inches tall with spikes installed.
