The Grado GW100x Wireless Series headphones represent an evolution of Grado's first wireless model, incorporating Bluetooth 5.2 with aptX Adaptive, AAC, and SBC codec support for high-quality wireless audio. They utilize 44mm 4th-generation X-Series dynamic drivers tuned specifically for wireless use, featuring a more powerful magnetic circuit, decreased effective mass voice coil, and reconfigured diaphragm to enhance efficiency, reduce distortion, and preserve harmonic integrity. The open-air design provides a spacious soundstage with mids-forward tuning, extended bass, and de-stressed diaphragms for detailed inner resolution and open imaging, with drivers matched to 0.1 dB. A chamber minimizes sound leakage compared to traditional open-backs. Additional features include built-in mic for calls and voice assistant, touch and button controls, fold-flat earcups, flexible headband, breathable WS cushions, multi-point pairing, and a detachable 3.5mm cable for wired listening.
