The Grado Green3 (Green 3) phono cartridge is part of Grado's Prestige series, hand assembled by experienced artisans in Brooklyn. It incorporates technology trickled down from the Lineage Series, including advanced coil winding techniques using ultra high purity copper wire for precise channel balance and accurate stereo imaging. The cartridge features a twin magnet system optimizing stereo channel balance and a patented Flux-Bridger design that achieves one of the lowest effective moving mass generating systems, providing excellent balance across the full frequency range. The chassis is de-stressed and damped to dissipate unwanted energy and resonant frequencies, allowing pure signal transmission. It is user-replaceable with stylus options including the standard Grado Green stylus and an upgrade 8MZ stylus. The Green3 is praised for its rewarding reproduction of vocals and instruments, delivering a warm, dynamic, and natural sound signature.
