About the Verdi
The dCS Verdi SACD transport is built on a fast-reading, drawer-loading Sony transport with two lasers for CD and SACD playback. It outputs encrypted 1-bit DSD data at 2.822 MS/s via an IEEE 1394 bus and standard 16-bit/44.1 kHz CD data through multiple digital interfaces.
