About the Max
The Audionet Max monoblock amplifier delivers extraordinary sonic performance characterized by remarkable transparency, tonal accuracy, and dynamic precision. It features Audionet's proprietary Ultra-Linear-Amplifier (ULA) technology, originally developed for medical engineering, which ensures extremely low distortion and outstanding loudspeaker control. The amplifier is designed as a mono-block to guarantee absolute channel separation and minimize interference, housed in a magnetically and capacitively optimized aluminum chassis. It offers a wide frequency response from 1Hz to 500kHz and a high damping factor of 1800, contributing to its refined bass control and detailed midrange and treble. The Max includes high-quality Furutech connectors, gold and rhodium plating, and a comprehensive user interface with a wide-format vacuum fluorescent display. It supports both balanced (XLR) and unbalanced (RCA) inputs and provides two pairs of speaker outputs for bi-wiring. Power output is rated at 400 watts into 8 ohms, with a maximum power consumption of up to 2000 watts. The amplifier weighs 38 kg and measures 215 x 285 x 500 mm. It is available in black or silver finishes.
