The Esoteric Grandioso M1X monoblock amplifier represents a new milestone in power amplification, combining advanced technology and meticulous engineering. It features the world's first bipolar transistor with a high-current amplification factor and low on-resistance super junction (ESOTERIC SJ-BJT01), custom-designed toroidal-core transformers with over 3,000VA capacity, and a large 60,000μF power supply capacitor bank. The amplifier supports ES-LINK Analog input, RCA, and XLR inputs, with a balanced input stage and FET switches for enhanced microdetail. Its chassis is designed for optimal vibration control, with a 35mm-thick aluminum front panel and a semi-floating top panel with a dual honeycomb grille for heat dissipation and sound openness. The M1X delivers 300W into 8Ω, 600W into 4Ω, and up to 1,200W into 2Ω, with a frequency response of 5Hz to 100kHz and a very low total harmonic distortion of 0.006%. It weighs 62kg and measures 491 × 221.5 × 536mm. The amplifier is noted for its minimalist circuitry philosophy, high resolution, and dynamic power delivery, making it suitable for demanding high-fidelity applications.
