The Audio Mirror SET 45 monoblock amplifiers deliver 45 watts per channel using parallel pairs of Russian 6C33C power tubes in an all triode design. These amplifiers are among the most powerful single-ended triode amps available, featuring a unique MOSFET-based current sink biasing system for excellent dynamic headroom and musicality. The input stage uses a 6SL7 tube, the driver stage a 6SN7 tube, and the output stage consists of two 6C33C tubes in parallel. The amps are point-to-point wired with silver wiring and high-quality components including grain-oriented lamination M6 output transformers. They are DC coupled between stages with only one capacitor in the signal path, resulting in clear, open, and fatigue-free sound with tight, fast, and dynamic bass. The amps include overload and runaway protection and can drive difficult loads including inefficient and electrostatic speakers. The chassis is made of stainless steel with titanium plating for a unique and stylish appearance. They weigh about 42 lbs each and measure approximately 9" x 18" x 9". The amps require a warm-up period of 20-30 minutes for optimal sound and come with a 2-year warranty (tubes have 90 days).
