Superphon is a respected American HiFi audio brand founded by Stan Warren, co-founder of PS Audio. The brand became known in the early 1980s for its high-value, minimalist solid-state preamplifiers—especially the Revelation Basic and Revelation II models—which offered exceptional sound quality at affordable prices. Superphon products, notably the dual-mono preamps, were recognized for their minimalist design philosophy and performance that rivaled far more expensive high-end gear. Although no longer a mainstream manufacturer and with limited online presence today, Superphon gear continues to enjoy cult status among audiophiles and is sought after in the vintage audio market.
