Founded in 2004 by ex-Marantz engineer Norinaga Nakazawa and currently led by engineer Hideki Kato, Soulnote specializes in premium amplifiers, DACs, and integrated audio systems. The brand is acclaimed for its unique design philosophy, prioritizing dynamic performance and sound realism over conventional measurements, employing techniques like non-oversampling DACs and non-negative feedback (non-NFB) amplifier circuits.
