The Zvox Audio Z-Base 555 is a powered home theater sound system that combines five 2-inch tweeter/midrange drivers and one 5.25-inch mid/bass driver in a slim MDF cabinet with high-gloss ebony end panels. It features a 70-watt Class D amplifier and proprietary PhaseCue II virtual surround sound processing, which creates a three-dimensional soundstage with enhanced dialogue clarity and dynamic output leveling to smooth volume changes. The system supports multiple inputs including two analog RCA, optical digital, coaxial digital, and a front-panel 3.5mm stereo jack. It is designed to fit beneath most 32"-50" flat-panel TVs with pedestal bases up to 27" wide and 13" deep, supporting TVs up to 120 lbs. The unit includes a remote control for adjusting surround modes, bass, treble, dialog emphasis, and output leveling, and can learn basic commands from your TV remote.
