About the Symphonies

YS Audio Symphonies is a vintage tube line preamplifier from YS Audio (also known as Audio Experience), a Hong Kong manufacturer. It is a minimalist, single-chassis stereo preamp using point-to-point wiring in the audio circuitry and a separate power-supply section within the chassis. The design uses three 12AX7 dual-triode tubes and one 6X4 rectifier. Controls are limited to volume, balance, input selection, and a side-mounted power switch. The rear panel provides four line-level RCA inputs and two pairs of RCA outputs. Available published information is from an historical review and does not appear to represent a current manufacturer specification sheet; exact production dates, serial-version differences, dimensions, and weight are not fully documented.
