About the YT302

The YBA Design YT302 is a top-loading SACD/CD transport intended for use with an external DAC. It supports standard CD, CD-R, CD-RW, single-layer and multi-layer SACD, and MQA-CD. The transport provides a native DSD64 signal through its HDMI-format I2S output, while coaxial, optical, AES/EBU, and BNC outputs can carry DSD64 using DoP or D2P. CD playback is output at 44.1 kHz. It includes an external master-clock input, a 5-inch touchscreen, a disc clamp, an HD-series optical disc mechanism, and a 48 VA UI-type transformer power supply. It has no analog audio outputs, built-in DAC, network streaming, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or Bluetooth. Published listings differ slightly on the exact drive designation, dimensions, and weight; the most consistently reported figures are approximately 320 × 260 × 80 mm and 5–5.6 kg.
