It uses ESS Technology’s ES9038PRO Sabre DAC, an upgraded digital board, a femtosecond-grade clock, hand-matched Vishay Z-Foil resistors, ultra-low-noise discrete regulators, premium inductors, upgraded Schottky diodes and an oversized toroidal power supply. Digital inputs include USB, I²S, AES/EBU, coaxial and Toslink, with analog output available on both balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA connectors. The unit includes switchable digital volume control, automatic oversampling, native DSD processing, configurable digital filters and HT-bypass functionality. Anniversary-specific details include commemorative graphics, a red LED display and machined aluminum footers.
