The Wolf Audio Systems Luna R Audio Server is engineered to deliver high-end audio performance, leveraging technology from the Alpha 3 SX server line. It features a half-rack design that fits easily into most audio systems and supports playback of numerous stereo and multichannel audio formats including FLAC, WAV, AIFF, ALAC, SACD, DSF, DFF, and PCM from 16 to 32 bits at sample rates from 44.1 kHz up to 768 kHz, as well as DSD DoP and Native playback up to DSD1024. The Luna R offers 2TB of SSD storage, expandable up to 32TB, and comes with either an audio-modified Windows 10 Pro or a proprietary Linux-based WolfOS operating system. An optional Flux Capacitor 24 MHz master clock upgrade is available, which improves USB audio signal accuracy and reduces jitter for a more natural and involving musical presentation. The server is compatible with popular streaming platforms and audio applications such as Roon, JRiver, Audirvana, Qobuz, Tidal, and Deezer. It includes USB, Ethernet, HDMI, and IR inputs and outputs, and can connect to a monitor or TV to display album art and track information. Available finishes are black or silver.
