About the SCS

The Wisdom Audio SCS subwoofer, nicknamed the “Suitcase Sub” due to its slim 7-inch width and unique form factor, employs proprietary Regenerative Transmission Line (RTL) technology to deliver deep, articulate bass with low distortion. It features dual 5" x 7.5" woofers that provide an equivalent active cone area of 13 inches, allowing it to produce powerful bass output up to 120 dB at 25 Hz. The multi-port design offers flexible placement options, enabling the subwoofer to be positioned under or behind furniture or inside theater risers, making it ideal for installations where space is limited or a discreet subwoofer is desired. The SCS integrates well with Wisdom Audio's Sage Series speakers and can be used with a wide range of systems due to its integral crossover and gain controls. It is rated for 400 watts continuous power and 575 watts peak, with a frequency response of 20 Hz to 80 Hz ±3 dB relative to the target curve. The subwoofer weighs 72 lbs and measures 22.5" H x 37" D x 7" W.
