Wilson Audio Alexia Series 2 is a three-way, modular floorstanding loudspeaker introduced in 2017 and retired in 2022, incorporating technologies from Wilson's Alexx and WAMM Master Chronosonic. It uses separate enclosures for each driver -- rear-ported woofer module, rear-vented midrange enclosure, and sealed tweeter module -- with independently adjustable modules for precise time-domain alignment. The system uses 8-inch and 10-inch paper-pulp composite cone woofers, a 7-inch paper-pulp composite midrange, and a 1-inch Convergent Synergy Mk.5 silk-dome tweeter. Compared with the original Alexia, the bass enclosure volume is increased by 11% and the midrange volume by 26%, with improved internal bracing. Wilson specifies 19 Hz to 32 kHz frequency response (+/-3 dB), 89 dB sensitivity, 4-ohm nominal impedance, and a minimum amplifier power of 20 W per channel; each speaker stands 53 inches tall and weighs about 260 lb. The Alexia Series 2 earned multiple awards including The Absolute Sound Editors' Choice for its coherence, tonal fidelity, and dynamic capability.
