The turntable uses the innovative Symmetrex tonearm configuration with a fully damped LTD tonearm that employs a precision-made golf ball suspended in silicone fluid for optimum variable damping and dynamic tracking force adjustment. The platter bearing is a 'Zero Tolerance' design with a stainless steel spindle rotating in a triangular Teflon hole to achieve zero clearance and high stability. The motor is a servo-controlled DC motor mounted with vibration isolation, driving a 0.004" polyester thread belt designed for low flutter and wow.
