About the JMW

VPI’s JMW is a family of tonearms rather than a turntable. Depending on the model, JMW tonearms use either unipivot or gimbal bearing designs, aluminum and steel construction, VPI internal wiring, and features such as adjustable VTA, azimuth adjustment, and removable cartridge connections. Available versions include JMW-9, JMW-10, JMW-10 3D, JMW-12 3D, and Fatboy Gimbal models, with specifications varying by model.
