About the MOYA M1

The Vivid Audio MOYA M1 is Vivid Audio’s flagship loudspeaker, designed as a very large floorstanding system built around a 5-way, 13-driver architecture. It uses eight side-firing C225 bass drivers in reaction-cancelling pairs, plus dedicated midbass, midrange, upper-midrange, and diamond-like coated high-frequency units. Vivid describes it as using a carbon-reinforced balsa-cored vacuum-infused sandwich composite cabinet, with tapered tube loading and an exponentially tapered tube enhanced bass reflex system. The published specifications list a 19 Hz to 42,000 Hz frequency range, 93 dB sensitivity, 5 ohms nominal impedance, and 3,000 W music program power handling. The MOYA M1 is a current product and is shown on Vivid Audio’s website, so it is not no-longer-manufactured.
