About the RS101

The Vitus Audio RS-101 is a Reference Series stereo power amplifier designed as the natural partner to Vitus line stages such as the RL-102, offering high-current drive and low coloration for demanding loudspeakers. Using amplifier technology derived from the RI-101 integrated amplifier, it delivers approximately 300W per channel into 8 ohms and 600W per channel into 4 ohms, with an intelligent Class A bias that provides around 8W/16W of pure Class A power before transitioning into Class AB for maximum dynamics. The fully discrete design, wide +800kHz bandwidth, and very low THD+N (<0.01%) are engineered to deliver dark, quiet backgrounds and a highly resolving yet natural musical presentation. Housed in a heavy aluminium chassis with hidden heat sinks, the RS-101 combines mechanical rigidity with refined industrial design, and is available in standard finishes such as White, Jet Black, and Warm Silver.
