About the Fidelio Encore

The Fidelio Encore by Verity Audio is a mature-engineered, high-precision loudspeaker developed through collaboration between world-class audio professionals and acoustic engineers. It features a resonance-free cabinet construction with proprietary custom-designed components, including a 7-inch hard carbon paper woofer with low loss rubber surround and SD-1 motor, a 5-inch doped polypropylene midrange with a 2-inch high-power SD-1 underhung motor, and a 3/4-inch soft dome dual chamber tweeter. The speaker delivers a bandwidth of 35 Hz to 22 kHz ±3 dB, with a sensitivity of 89 dB at 2.83 Vrms and 1 meter on axis, and an impedance of 8 ohms nominal (6 ohms minimum). It is designed for effortless neutrality, wide soundstage imaging stability via Verity Audio's CAM™ system, and graceful adaptability with modest cabinet size for easy installation. The Fidelio Encore is finished in high-gloss piano black as standard, with special finishes available including high-gloss silver, Makore, Sycamore, and Quilted Big Leaf Maple. It weighs approximately 150 lbs per pair and includes gold-plated removable binding posts, solid brass isolation cones with stainless steel lockable spikes, and an isolation platform. The speaker is noted for its speed, resolution, transparency, deep and articulate bass, and a warmer, coherent presentation in its Encore iteration. It is recommended to be paired with high-quality ancillary equipment to realize its full potential.
