The Venture Audio La Charme loudspeaker offers a frequency response from 40 Hz to 60,000 Hz, a sensitivity of 87 dB, and an impedance of 4 Ohms. It is recommended to be powered with up to 200 Watts without clipping and requires a minimum break-in time of 24 hours. The speaker is designed to deliver a wide bandwidth and detailed sound with excellent imaging and transparency. It features a carefully engineered cabinet construction to minimize resonance and coloration, ensuring a natural and immersive listening experience. The crossover is a first order design for excellent time domain behavior and uniform power response, contributing to a cohesive and immersive soundstage. The cabinet construction uses a sandwich of interleaved layers of high-density fiberboard and solid hardwood for exceptional constrained-layer damping, resulting in quick bass response and minimal cabinet resonance. Connections are available via WBT Nextgen binding posts or Neutrik Speakon twist-on connectors. Dedicated stands made of cast aluminum with rubber dampers are optionally available to enhance performance.
