The Velodyne FSX-12 is a high-performance active subwoofer featuring a 12-inch forward-firing woofer with a 2.5-inch voice coil and a powerful 75 oz. magnet. It is equipped with a Class AB amplifier delivering 120 watts RMS and 265 watts peak power, ensuring strong and clean bass output. The subwoofer cabinet measures 18" x 16.5" x 15" and weighs approximately 60 lbs (27 kg). It offers a frequency response range of 20Hz to 120Hz with a low pass crossover adjustable between 40Hz and 120Hz and a passive high pass crossover at 85Hz. The FSX-12 supports both line-level and speaker-level inputs and outputs, making it versatile for integration with various audio systems. Its design emphasizes musicality, tight bass, and good tonal balance, making it suitable for both home theater and music listening environments. The unit comes with a two-year warranty covering parts and labor.
