About the Revelation Hybrid

The Van den Hul Revelation Hybrid is part of a new generation of hybrid cables that combine the benefits of pure metals with advanced materials. The centre conductor consists of 294 strands of 0.15 mm diameter MC OFC, each coated with a thick layer of pure silver, providing a total cross-section area of 5.20 mm² and a resistance of 0.332 Ohm/100 meters. The core is covered with a Linear Structured Carbon (LSC) saturated layer to enhance conductivity and sound quality. Around this core, 16 individually insulated conductors are helically wound, each consisting of 42 strands of 0.15 mm diameter MC OFC with silver coating. These outer conductors have a combined cross-section area of 11.88 mm² and a resistance of 0.145 Ohm/100 meters. The cable's overall resistance is very low at 1 Ohm/km, making it suitable for high-quality audio systems. The outer insulation is made of red HULLIFLEX 3, providing excellent mechanical properties. The cable is available in various lengths starting from 1 meter and is shipped on 50-meter reels.
