About the TL-5.5 II
The VTL TL-5.5 Series II Signature is an all-tube stereo line preamplifier with two 12AU7 and four 12AT7 tubes in its line stage. It provides balanced and single-ended inputs, balanced and single-ended outputs, a buffered record output, remote control, and selectable normal- and low-gain settings. Optional internal MM and MC phono cards are available. The line stage has a 150-ohm output impedance and a 35k-ohm input impedance.
