The Tyler Acoustics Linbrook Signature System (also marketed as the Linbrook Signature Monitor) is a high-end stand-mount bookshelf speaker using SEAS Excel drivers in a D'Appolito array — a 1" SEAS Excel T25CF-002 tweeter flanked vertically by two 7" SEAS Excel W18E001 magnesium cone midwoofers. Each speaker measures 10" wide x 15" deep x 22" high, weighs approximately 55 lbs, and features a rear-firing port (not front-firing as sometimes stated), 1.5" MDF cabinet construction with heavy internal bracing, and high-quality crossover components including Hovland capacitors and Alpha Core inductors. Dual gold-plated five-way binding posts support single- or bi-wiring. Matching Tyler Acoustics stands (approximately 24" high) with brass cones for floor coupling were offered, making the combination function as a complete "system." With a rated sensitivity of approximately 92 dB and 8-ohm nominal impedance, the Linbrook Signature System is relatively easy to drive and works well with both tube and solid-state amplification, producing deep and tuneful bass for a stand-mount, wide soundstage, and excellent resolution of musical nuance. The model is no longer listed on Tyler Acoustics' current website, appearing mainly in used-market discussions from the 2000s–2010s.
