The Transrotor ZET 3 is a premium turntable designed for audiophiles seeking high-quality vinyl playback. It features a robust Acrylic-Aluminum-Acrylic sandwich chassis, providing excellent stability and resonance control. The turntable includes a 70mm thick, 12kg aluminum platter with a black platter mat, which helps in maintaining consistent speed and reducing vibrations. The standard configuration comes with a single motor and a Konstant Studio power supply, but it can be upgraded to include a second motor and the more advanced Konstant M2 Reference power supply for enhanced performance and electronic speed control. The ZET 3 supports various tonearm configurations, including the option to install two tonearms for dual cartridge setups. It is also compatible with the Transrotor Magnet Drive (TMD) bearing for improved stability and reduced noise.
