The Totem Acoustic Mite is a two-way, ported bookshelf speaker designed to deliver precise audio focus and realism. It features a 5.5-inch granular composite woofer and a 1-inch soft-dome tweeter. The speakers have a frequency response of 50 Hz to 20 kHz ± 3 dB, an impedance of 8 ohms, and a sensitivity of 87 dB/W/m. They are recommended for use with amplifiers providing 20 to 80 watts of power. The crossover frequency is set at 3.2 kHz, both electrically and mechanically. The Mites are praised for their rich and detailed sound performance, even at low volumes, and their ability to create a warm, sweet midrange without edge. They are suitable for small to medium-sized rooms and can be paired with a subwoofer for enhanced bass performance.
