The Tonapparate Equipment Stand is a high-end audio furniture piece crafted to enhance the sound performance of components placed on or in it. It features an integrated pneumatic vibration decoupling system that isolates components down to very low frequencies, improving playback quality especially for turntables and other sensitive equipment. The stand is constructed with a spruce multilayer core and an exterior of 4 mm solid wood, customizable to customer specifications. It includes solid wood drawers with dovetailed joints on non-visible, damped full extension slides. The design is highly configurable with options for sliding doors, flaps, drawers, and various wood finishes, all treated with environmentally friendly oils. The mass-spring system is optimized for low natural resonance frequencies, and pneumatic adaptation allows for asymmetrical load balancing, ensuring effective vibration damping across all degrees of freedom.
