Thöress EHT MONO is a hand-built monaural hybrid power amplifier from Germany. It uses Thöress’s EHT (Eintakt Hybrid Triode) topology: a single-ended triode gain stage driving a unity-gain MOSFET output stage in class A, with no global feedback and no protection circuitry in the signal path. The amplifier is designed for high-current drive of speakers with medium to low sensitivity or difficult impedance curves. It was introduced at High End 2019 and appears to be a current-production boutique model rather than a discontinued one.
