The Target Audio Products 4-Shelf Component Stand features a steel square tubular frame with 0.500" MDF laminated shelves. It includes 4 downward-facing spikes for floor mounting, which firmly ground components to minimize vibration effects and improve sound quality. The design allows for adequate underside ventilation, essential for component cooling, although ventilation may be reduced if placed directly on carpet. The stand is suitable for amplifiers, crossovers, and other central floor-mounted audio components. It can also be used laterally for deeper components. The stand weighs approximately 68 lbs and offers shelf heights of 7", 5", 3", and 2.875" from the bottom, providing versatile placement options for various equipment sizes.
