About the TA-300B
The Takatsuki TA-300B is a direct heated triode vacuum tube designed for high-fidelity audio amplification. Manufactured in Japan with strict quality control and improved manufacturing processes, it features a 5V/1.2A filament and can handle a maximum plate voltage of 450V and plate current of 100mA with a plate dissipation of 40W. The tube is renowned for its warm sound and longevity, improving sonically over 150 hours and reaching optimum performance at 250 hours. It is supplied in matched pairs with a test report and presented in a satin-lined box.
