The T+A DAC200 is a state-of-the-art digital-to-analog converter designed for audiophiles seeking exceptional sound quality and versatility. It features T+A's proprietary True 1-Bit DSD converter for native DSD processing up to DSD1024 and a quadruple converter with eight 32-bit Burr-Brown DAC chips for PCM signals up to 32-bit/768 kHz. The DAC200 employs Path Separation Technology, keeping PCM and DSD signal paths completely separate to optimize performance for each format. It includes a high-quality analog volume control allowing it to function as a preamplifier, simplifying the audio chain. Connectivity is comprehensive, with USB, AES/EBU, BNC, coaxial, optical, and optional HDMI inputs, plus balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA outputs. The device also features T+A's De-Jitter Masterclock to minimize jitter, a Digital Analogue Separation System for galvanic isolation between digital and analog sections, and selectable digital filters including FIR and NOS modes. The DAC200 is housed in a compact, well-crafted chassis and includes a remote control, power cord, and USB cable.
