The Emperor Silver speaker cable by Stage III Concepts is crafted with 24 dual-gauge, cryo-treated, custom slow-extruded silver/palladium AeroStrandUltra™ ribbon conductors per channel arranged in a triple multi-helix configuration. It employs a vacuum dielectric with nylon and FEP Teflon inner core drawn to 675mm Hg, combined with a high-density alloy (H.D.A.) 100% radiation invulnerable internal foil shield, dual silver braids, and ASPIS™ multi-layer shielding made of plated copper and conductive carbonized nylon. Mechanical damping and shielding are enhanced by granulated HDA alloy, ferrite, and ceramic layers. The cables are housed in custom, handmade proprietary nylon fiber filled polymer housings and terminated with cryo-treated, extreme-high current Hyperion silver/rhodium/copper spades or banana plugs. The design emphasizes minimal conductor contact with dielectric materials, maintaining purity by floating conductors in air, and extensive cryogenic treatment to improve conductivity and homogeneity. These cables are meticulously hand-made by designer Luis de la Fuente, representing a reference-level cable system that delivers exceptional detail, dynamics, bass control, and low noise floor, elevating system performance significantly.
