The amplifier employs a fully balanced topology using FET and high-speed bipolar transistors, achieving a frequency response from DC to 150 kHz with ±0.1 dB accuracy. It features a shielded input stage with balanced double cascode design using matched J-FET differential pairs for high isolation and low distortion.
