About the SMG
The SMG system includes the SMG-50 coaxial speaker with an 8" woofer and center-mounted tweeter used in high fidelity applications, housed in a durable PVC plastic enclosure with a carbon fibre wrap and steel grill. The SMG-100 subwoofer provides loud, deep bass and enhances midrange tones, completing the sound spectrum for vocals, guitar, and acoustic tones. The SMG-200 amplifier uses Class D technology to deliver clear, musical sound with remarkable power in a compact form. It features 1/4" left and right inputs, a 3.5mm input for music playback, volume controls, subwoofer gain, and frequency control to adjust midrange levels. Outputs include speaker outs, subwoofer out, and stereo line-out for recording or monitoring. The system is designed to allow performers to use the speakers as mains and monitors without feedback, making it suitable for live performance and compact PA applications. A separate sound mixer with EQ is required but not included.
