About the 787

Soulution 787 is a Swiss ultra-high-end linear-tracking turntable introduced at High End Munich 2025. Its unconventional design keeps an 8-inch pivoted tonearm nearly stationary while the platter slides laterally beneath it, maintaining alignment with the record groove. The arrangement combines the low friction of a pivoted arm with the reduced tracking error of linear tracking, while avoiding the friction and force-related compromises of conventional linear tonearms. The maximum tracking error is specified at less than 0.15°. The 787 was announced for production from the fourth quarter of 2025, with a Swiss retail price of CHF 67,500 including VAT.
