About the iSO-CAT7 Special Edition
The SOtM iSO-CAT7 Special Edition is an audiophile Ethernet accessory bundle comprising the iSO-CAT7 filter block—a passive LAN isolating filter with fully shielded modular jacks, 10GBase-T compatible isolation transformers, and ultra high-end audio-grade sound tuning—and three 50cm dCBL-CAT7u patch cables (black, grey, dark grey). These short cables, lacking their own filter blocks, enable sound tuning: black for highest resolution and dynamics, grey for balanced character, and dark grey for mild, comfortable sound. No external power supply is required. It improves upon the iSO-CAT6 with refined parts selection and enhanced shielding of Ethernet signal lines to reduce interference and elevate digital audio quality toward analog refinement.
