The Sota Sapphire VI Turntable from the Heritage series embodies simplicity, reliability, and high-quality sound with over 40 years of development experience. It features a newly improved motor control system that offers better stability and more torque. The turntable uses a magnetically levitating platter, eliminating bearing friction to provide a beautifully deep and dynamic sound. The four-point spring suspension system isolates the record from environmental noise, resonance, and footfalls, removing the need for costly isolation racks. The sub-chassis is made from phenolic resin and aircraft-grade aluminum, and the platter is CNC precision-machined aluminum with internal damping. The turntable includes solid aluminum spiked feet for clearer low frequencies and a multi-layer MDF armboard mount. It is designed to deliver exceptional frequency response, especially in the bass and midrange, making it highly regarded for tonal accuracy and musicality.
