The Sonus Faber Venere Center is a center channel speaker crucial for home cinema systems, carrying the bulk of dialogue and effects with clarity and richness. It features a Lyre-shaped design that eliminates parallel internal surfaces to control internal air movement, producing dynamic, natural sound. The speaker includes a cradle stand for adjustable angling to suit listening environments. It has a 2-way vented box design with two 6-inch Curv cone mid-woofers and a 1-inch high-definition fabric dome tweeter, crossing over at 1.8 kHz. The front baffle is curved to enhance sound liveliness and integration. The speaker is available in finishes including Walnut, Gloss White, and Gloss Black, with dimensions approximately 222 x 500 x 290 mm and weighing 9.5 kg. It is recommended to be driven by amplifiers delivering 30 to 150 watts without clipping, with a nominal impedance of 6 ohms and a frequency response of 60 Hz to 25 kHz ±3 dB. The design allows flexible placement near walls without port noise issues, making it ideal for completing the Venere home theater or multichannel music system.
