The Venere 3.0 is the largest model in Sonus Faber's Venere line, designed as a three-way, four-driver floorstanding speaker. It features a 1-inch silk soft dome tweeter for smooth high frequencies, a 6-inch thermo-molded polypropylene textile Curv cone midrange driver for speed and accuracy, and two 7-inch Curv cone woofers for deep bass. The cabinet has a lyre-shaped curved design to increase rigidity and reduce internal standing waves, finished in walnut veneer with a glass base and aluminum decoupling feet. It has a bass-reflex ported design with high-quality crossovers combining first- and third-order slopes. The speaker offers a frequency response of 38 Hz to 25 kHz, sensitivity of 90 dB, nominal impedance of 6 ohms, and recommended amplifier power of 40 to 300 watts. Dimensions are approximately 45.6" H x 13.4" W x 17.3" D, weighing 47 lbs each. It supports bi-amping and bi-wiring with dual heavy-duty binding posts.
