The Sonus Faber Concerto Home is a two-way bookshelf loudspeaker designed for small to medium-sized rooms. It features a 13-liter enclosure with a front reflex port, which allows flexible placement and reduces acoustic interference from the rear. The cabinet is crafted with solid walnut and wrapped in black leather, emphasizing both aesthetic appeal and acoustic performance. The speaker uses an 18cm (7-inch) bass driver with a fiberglass multi-coating diaphragm and a 2.6cm (1-inch) soft dome tweeter with a silk diaphragm cooled by ferrofluid for optimized heat dissipation. The front baffle is inclined to achieve time alignment of drivers and reduce standing waves, with internal damping technology to strengthen the structure and suppress unwanted resonance. The Concerto Home has a frequency response of 40Hz to 20kHz, sensitivity of 88dB/W/m, impedance of 6 ohms, and recommended amplifier power of 30 to 200 watts. It weighs approximately 9 kg per speaker and measures 24.5 x 34 x 36.5 cm. The speaker delivers a smooth, detailed midrange with vibrant spatial imaging, making it suitable for both music and home theater applications. It pairs well with the Sonus Faber Gravis subwoofer for enhanced bass performance.
