The Sonus Faber Concerto Grand Piano is a two-way floorstanding loudspeaker featuring a 7" acrylic-treated paper-cone woofer designed to Sonus Faber's specifications by SEAS, crossed over at 2.3kHz to a ¾" silk-domed, ferrofluid-cooled SEAS tweeter. It includes a 7" acrylate/carbonium passive radiator to control bass backwave. The cabinet is crafted from solid walnut with black piano lacquer and leather accents, inspired by violin making to optimize sound resonance. It delivers a frequency response of 40Hz to 20kHz with a sensitivity of 87dB and an impedance of 8 ohms. The speaker is designed for amplifiers rated 30 to 200 watts. Dimensions are approximately 100 x 24 x 29 cm, and each speaker weighs about 27 kg.
