About the Audio

Solidsteel audio racks are modular hi-fi and AV furniture designed to provide stable, vibration-controlled support for electronics, combining technical performance with Italian industrial design and craftsmanship. The range includes multiple series (S2, S3, S5 and Hyperspike HF/HY/HW), each optimized for different system sizes, aesthetics and performance requirements. Shelves are typically made from high-density (ennobled) MDF with polymer laminate or lacquered finishes, supported by metal frames and pillars (galvanized or stainless steel, often anodized aluminum support poles) that can be internally filled with damping material to reduce vibration transmission. Many racks use adjustable steel spike feet (Solidsteel's Hyperspike concept) for mechanical grounding and precise leveling, and most models feature fully modular construction that lets users choose or later change shelf heights and tier counts. Depending on series and model, typical per-shelf load capacities range from about 50-60 kg for standard racks up to around 120 kg for dedicated amplifier stands. All Solidsteel audio furniture is designed and manufactured in Italy.
