About the MG800
The Shanling MG800 is the flagship model of Shanling’s MG line, designed as a premium single dynamic driver in-ear monitor with a semi-open acoustic design. It uses a new 11 mm dynamic driver with a dual N48 magnet system, an ultra-fine Daikoku voice coil, and a Diamond-Like-Carbon (DLC) plated diaphragm housed in aviation-grade titanium shells machined on a 5-axis CNC. Shanling positions the tuning as balanced with strong bass extension, faster and cleaner mids/treble, and reduced listening fatigue thanks to the semi-open design and flexible driver suspension. The MG800 also includes a modular octa-core Furukawa cable, MMCX connectors, interchangeable 2.5 mm / 3.5 mm / 4.4 mm plugs, three brass tuning nozzles, and multiple eartips.
