About the Modded CDT200A
The Shanling SCD-T200, upon which the Modded CDT200A is presumably based, features a top-loading mechanism using the Sony KHM-280AAA pick-up/servo system, a Sony CXD2753R for SACD decoding, and a Burr-Brown PCM1738 DAC. It includes 2x 6N3 dual triode tubes for analog circuitry and offers variable tube line output and headphone monitor output. The specifications include a line level output of 0–2.0 V, frequency response from 5 Hz to 45 kHz ± 0.5 dB, S/N ratio of 118 dB, and distortion less than 0.002% at 1 kHz.
