The Ultimo Tristar by Rui Borges Turntables is a meticulously crafted three-arm turntable designed to deliver unparalleled audio fidelity. It supports multiple tonearms such as VPI 12.5, SME V, and SME 312, allowing for versatile cartridge setups. The turntable features electronic speed stabilization with selectable 33⅓ and 45 rpm speeds, including fine manual pitch adjustments via two pitch controls. Each unit is built from scratch by master craftsman Rui Borges, emphasizing precision engineering and pure sound reproduction. The design includes a heavy platter and advanced bearing system to minimize vibrations and ensure stable rotation, contributing to its reputation for exceptional audio clarity and detail.
