About the RA03

The Rotel RA-03 is a solid-state stereo integrated amplifier from Rotel's 02-Series, combining the preamplifier section of the award‑winning RA-02 with the power amplifier stage of the RB-03. Rated at 60 watts per channel into 8 ohms, it is designed to drive a wide range of loudspeakers while maintaining low distortion and wide bandwidth. The RA-03 features four line-level inputs plus a moving‑magnet (MM) phono input for vinyl playback, as well as record outputs and preamp outputs for connection to an external power amplifier or active subwoofer. Its wide frequency response (10 Hz–100 kHz) and low total harmonic distortion (0.03%) are complemented by a high damping factor for firm control of speaker drivers. A front‑panel headphone output, balance and tone controls (with defeat), and speaker A/B switching provide flexibility for different listening setups. The unit includes the RR-AT94 / 02‑Series system remote control for integrated operation with other Rotel components. Housed in a slim, full‑width chassis with classic Rotel styling, the RA-03 offers a clean, neutral sound signature and straightforward ergonomics suited to both modern and traditional two‑channel hi‑fi systems.
